We welcome riders of all skill levels to join our horseback riding program. Our program is run in partnership with a professional, family-owned riding school that provides exceptionally high quality horsemanship programs, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Equine Council.
Campers receive English-style riding lessons based on their level of experience, and learn a variety of riding skills from foundational basics to advanced horse handling. In addition to instruction, campers learn horse care and stable management, and they will have the opportunity to groom the horses and spend time with the horses outside of riding lessons.
Campers receive four multi-hour lessons per session. Since this program is a partnership with a local riding school, there is a separate charge (horseback riding is our only program with a separate charge).
