Join our talented, tight-knit kitchen team this summer to help create some of the most innovative and memorable camp dishes in the country! We’re reinventing camp food. We’re seeing an Executive Chef, Snack/Pastry Chef, and Assistant Chef.

The Retreat Manager serves as the main point of contact for each retreat group, ensures that each group has an amazing experience, plans with groups prior to their arrival, and coordinates the onsite team to assist with each group. During the summer camp season, when we don’t host retreats, the Retreat Manager will take on a leadership role in the camp community (details TBD based on each applicant’s experience and interests). We are looking for someone with significant camp management experience at the director or assistant director level, along with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once. The position will require being on site regularly (comfortable accommodations provided) from roughly April to November.

The Program Director designs and runs the summer schedule, special event days, staff appreciation programs, and orientation. The Program Director also manages a team of program heads to ensure they design lesson plans, stay on track in year-round planning, and implement strong summer programs. We are looking for someone who has deep camp experience designing and implementing schedules in Excel. This is a seasonal position with a highly-competitive salary, and we are also willing to explore a year-round role for the right applicant.
