We take tremendous pride in those community members who grow up as campers and then join the staff family. They are the torchbearers who carry forward Camp Zeke’s values, traditions, and culture for the next generation of campers.
We help them translate the leadership and life skills they gained as campers into concrete professional skills that help them excel as camp employees, in college, in their careers, and in their daily lives. With deep care, we write recommendation letters for college and graduate schools, and we enthusiastically connect our staff members with esteemed alumni within our community.
We do everything to keep Camp Zeke in their lives for years after the camp experience… And one day, we look forward to welcoming our campers’ kids into the camp family. We already have a couple of counselors who met at Zeke and got married!
