Laurie will help plan all aspects of your perfect retreat weekend. Laurie has a deep background in corporate event management, wedding planning, and gourmet catering. Laurie prides herself on wowing rental groups with delicious, gourmet meals relying on many ingredients from local farms around the retreat center. She will work with you to create a spectacular program, making the most of your time in our beautiful mountain home, and helping with any special accommodations your guests might need. We don’t like processed foods, preservatives, and ingredients we can’t pronounce. Because of that, our chefs painstakingly make each day’s meals from scratch using only the freshest, most nutritious ingredients. The result is delicious food that wows our guests.

Our site even has a private, spring-fed lake. Zeke’s picturesque campus offers the ideal environment to relax, rejuvenate, build community, and have a memorable retreat or wedding experience!
